Congratulations FIA STEM Department for engaging your STEM students for the first time in a regional First Lego League Competition last December 1, 2018 at Abu Dhabi-UAE.
Four Elementary School students have successfully gained distinguished ratings in the competition. The following students were selected from among all the competing schools in Abu Dhabi as The Best in Discovery and Research :
- Sean Hendrix Balce in Grade 3E
- Zeina Fadi Al Taoba in Grade 3G
- Rhianne Jaeda Bato in Grade 4F
- Hagar Moustafa Mahmoud in Grade 4E

As for the High School Challenge Category, the following five FIA High School Students, were selected as best in presentation and research. They were also awarded with the judges “Special Rising Stars” trophy :

- Erin September in Grade 10G
- Mouna Hathat in Grade 10G
- Ibrahim Amr in Grade 10B
- Mohammed Ashraf in Grade 10B
